Hi everyone! It's been a month since my last post! I've got a new design to show and some news to share.
First up, let me show you my new design that I had done last month ~ Third design of Twelve Days of Christmas "Three French Hens". I love how it came out.
I stitched this model on 32 count Star Sapphire linen. I just love the red, white and black color combination. Isn't it beautiful? :) I currently doing the charting for this design because I almost always revise the colors and small details as I go.
At the same time, I am now start working on the fourth design of Twelve Days of Christmas ~ "Four Colly Birds" and stitching the model. I am so love stitching it, I will keep you updated.
Next is about my online store. I can't believe how fast these two years has gone by… or how much cross stitch charts that I had created. Maybe because I am cognitively busy and as a result, time feels like it passes so quickly. In these two years, I designs, model stitchings, prints and brought life to 10 designs, in spite of my busy schedule as an art director and a mother of 2 young daughters. I'm so unbelievably excited to announced the grand opening of my online store soon! To celebrate the grand opening of my online store, I'll be doing a giveaway, stay tuned!
Let me show you the designs that I had done in these two years.
"Cupcake Cottage". My first cross stitch design.
"A Partridge In A Pear Tree".
"Two Turtle Doves".
"Autumn In The Village".
Which one do you like the most? I will pick the most voted chart as one of the giveaway item on my next post.
I hope all enjoy the weekend with whatever you plans and don't forget to come back here for my giveaways! :) Happy stitching!
Remember I have a new housekeeping helper who has been with us almost 3 months now since February 2012? I think for those who following my blog will know about it.
Unfortunately, me and my husband had no choice but had to terminate her with immediate effect due to her sexual misconduct. We're in an awkward situation here as we found out she had been bringing male strangers home without our knowledge in these 3 months. Besides, we were so shocked to found some innerwears and apparels under her bed which are belongs to us. I was so disappointed!
Now, I am so overloaded with my houseworks and I just have no time to visit your blog at this moment. I hope you're still with me and will give me some time to catch up with all of you and get back to normal.
You can enlarge and copy this chart by clicking on the picture. This is a copyrighted chart. In other words, do not republish my chart on another web page, blog or elsewhere; even for free. Instead, you may give others the URL for this page so that they may come to this site for themselves. I appreciate that very much.
I hope you will enjoy it. You can stitch it with any color you like. If you've done the finished, please feel free to email me a photo of your finished @ firstname.lastname@example.org so I can see it and would like to show it here on my blog. Or you can drop me a line to tell me about your blog address and I will visit your blog to view your finished.
Thanks for visiting and as always thank you for your comment. Have a great week and happy stitching. :)
With lots of houseworks and jobs last weeks, I don't even have the time to blog reading and my stitching has slowed right down but I got my new design done!
I stitch whenever I have little spare time even though in a short amount of time. I had a lot of fun designing this one and it's fun to stitch too!
I received a Christmas parcel from Tatyana in January. Although it was a belated Christmas gifts but I was so thrilled to receive them. The items which she sent are really very beautiful and I like them very much. I would like to thank Tatyana for the gorgeous Star Ornament which is beautifully stitched by her, the finished is very nice and beautiful, Tatyana. I will treasure it!
And also thank you for the beautiful Christmas card with heartwarming notes, a very cute mini scissor with gorgeous scissor's fob, a very christmassy fabric, lovely flower bookmark cross stitch kit, useful eyelets and a Handmade Christmas Special Magazine with tons of awesome crafting ideas.
On December 2011, I sent a registered parcel with tracking number to my secret pen pal "Lizzy". The tracking shows "still in shipment" and it's been over a month. I had also checked on her blog but no news from her about the parcel; So I believe that she didn't get it. After two months, I received a returned parcel with the reason for unclaimed.
This is the unclaimed parcel which I sent to Lizzy. Wondering why she did not receive it. I registered the parcel under the name of "Lizzy" with correct address. I think the unclaimed reason is I did not register the parcel under her real name.
Many blogging friends and friends around me have asked if I will sell my cross stitch patterns. In fact, I do hope that I can have more time to get my charts ready and complete my selling blog. After 16 years of working in advertising and graphic design industry, I was so tired with my jobs since a year ago and I wanted to be a cross stitch designer. I have now completed part of my cross stitch designs into chart forms and I will announce my selling blog/website sooner or later.
Thanks for visiting and as always thank you for your comments. Have a great week and happy stitching. :)
